WHAT IS A/AN DIGITAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER?

The Digital Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating digital content of the highest standard, from concept through to final artwork delivery. Working closely with Brand Creative Manager, wider design team and Digital & Marketing departments to deliver consistent, engaging visual communications, this role plays a key part in bringing our brand to life across digital channels. Working within brand and design guidelines, the Digital Graphic Designer ensures all creative outputs are accurate, high-quality, and aligned with campaign objectives.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

FINISHED ART

• Execute finished art (FA) for digital marketing and communications across Women, Men, Home, Child, Teen, and Baby, delivering for both Australian and International regions.
• Deliver still and motion assets optimised for multiple channels including Web, eDM, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Meta, following best-practice standards.
• Prepare accurate, high-quality finished art in line with brand and design guidelines.
• Edit and export still and motion assets as required inc image cropping, post-production and retouching
• Support the design team with graphic design tasks such as concepting and designing for trade updates, promotional activity, and monthly eDM/web templates.
• Produce and prepare print-ready artwork for events, brand advertising, and other collateral as required.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

• Develop digital marketing and communications artwork across woman, child, teen and baby for Australia and International regions across the following channels;
• Monthly campaign/product EDMs
• Monthly social / e-marketing creative campaigns (Instagram & Facebook)
• Affiliate campaigns
• Responsible for design, layout and delivery of monthly digital marketing content including typographic, image and animated solutions all with a high attention to detail
• Work with product team to understand product features and functions in line with the overall product strategy whilst also honouring the customer needs
• Monthly campaign image cropping and post production / re-touching as required
• Ensure all creative is consistent with brand direction, including fonts, layouts and tone of voice
• Work independently and in teams to design from initial concept stage through to final artwork and file delivery.
• Provide support and input to the continual enhancement of the website and visual identity of the brand
• Attend staff, departmental and team meetings
• Contribute new ideas and add to discussions
• Assist in department design projects as required

TOOLS AND PLATFORMS

• Figma (export MP4s, GIFs, static assets)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 3+ years of experience in a graphic design or finished art role, ideally in retail, fashion, or adjacent industries (beauty, lifestyle, luxury).
• Strong technical knowledge of digital production processes and platform requirements.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high-volume exports under tight timelines.
• Comfortable with repetitive export tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Collaborative, organised, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, seasonal campaign environment.
• Motion graphic skills are secondary but must be able to perform light editing and resizing of existing assets.
