Duties & Responsibilities
Sell and promote PonteFino Estates properties to prospective clients.
Handle inquiries from walk-ins, social media platforms, and the company website.
Conduct property presentations and site tours for interested buyers.
Provide after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Qualifications / Skills Required
Education: Preferably a graduate of Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related course.
Experience (Advantage but not required):
* In real estate sales, account management, or similar sales roles
* Exposure to clients from high-net-worth or upscale market segments
- Skills & Abilities:
* Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Tech-savvy; comfortable handling online inquiries and digital sales leads
- Other Requirements:
* Willing to work on-site
* Open to attending client meetings, property events, and exhibits as needed
