Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote PonteFino Estates properties to prospective clients.

  • Handle inquiries from walk-ins, social media platforms, and the company website.

  • Conduct property presentations and site tours for interested buyers.

  • Provide after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals.

  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

Qualifications / Skills Required

  • Education: Preferably a graduate of Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related course.

  • Experience (Advantage but not required):

* In real estate sales, account management, or similar sales roles

* Exposure to clients from high-net-worth or upscale market segments

  • Skills & Abilities:

* Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Tech-savvy; comfortable handling online inquiries and digital sales leads

- Other Requirements:

* Willing to work on-site

* Open to attending client meetings, property events, and exhibits as needed
