As a part of a fast-growing BPO company, you will be part of a team of motivated engineering and business professionals around the globe and shape the technological foundation of a multi-national organization. You will leverage your technical skills to strengthen our ability to deploy and maintain highly performing and scalable systems. You will have the opportunity to participate in, and eventually own, the configuration management which covers installation and configuration of operating systems, networked file systems, and system monitoring tools.

Given the complexity of our systems and our team's expansion, there is no limit to your technical growth. Job Duties:Contribute to the evolving design and architecture of reliable and scalable infrastructure

Provide network support to colleagues in Systems, Dev and Helpdesk engineering teams on ongoing issues and closely aligned troubleshooting procedures

Identify network weaknesses and propose/implement improvements

Design and implement automation

Available on calls as part of 24/7 Network Engineer team

Resolve unexpected issues in real time

Maintaining software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance

Write all related documentation / update data in online tools (Changes, Validation docs, systems proposals/recommendation, etc)Required skills:Required hands-on experience in the area of network and telecommunications engineering including OSPF, BGP routing protocols, IPSec & GRE VPN tunnels, network segmentation (using Juniper & Avaya), Firewall (Juniper-SRX) and VOIP routing is a must

At least 3 years professional network engineering experience

Must have at least 5 years hands-on experience in Juniper SRXMust have at least 2-3 years hands-on experience in AvayaThorough understanding of operating systems Junos and ERSExperience in performing maintenance tasks on Juniper High availability environment

Knowledge of industry standard network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Icinga, Cacti, Grafana, Influx, logstash, Kibana, etc.Knowledge of PCI standards and requirements

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, etc. as an added advantage. Experience in Network function virtualization. Strong problem-solving and logic skills required

Willing to be flexible working on different shift schedules especially graveyard

You have excellent people skills at all levels

Strong English communication skills
