Remarkablism Services Corp. is seeking an experienced Sourcer to support a U.S.-based recruitment consulting firm dedicated to values-aligned, human-centered hiring. In this role, you will play a critical part in building high-quality talent pipelines that support accurate, efficient, and strategic hiring outcomes for their clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent hunter who excels at research, outreach, organization, and understanding what makes a candidate truly aligned with a role and company culture.

Success in this role means consistently identifying strong-fit candidates, maintaining clean and organized pipelines, and partnering closely with recruiters to ensure smooth handoffs and strong advancement through the hiring process.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and identify top talent — both active and passive — across a variety of roles and industries.
  • Conduct personalized outreach and preliminary screening to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment before advancing candidates to recruiters.
  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines and ensure accurate, up-to-date data within applicant tracking systems.
  • Conduct preliminary screening to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment before transitioning candidates to recruiters.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements, refine sourcing strategies, and support smooth candidate handoffs.
  • Provide talent-market insights, including candidate availability, competitive trends, and sourcing challenges to inform hiring strategies.
  • Support multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring a positive, values-aligned candidate experience throughout early engagement.

Skillsets:

  • Exceptional Communication & Outreach: Proven ability in written and verbal communication, skilled at building rapport and crafting persuasive outreach messages.
  • Advanced Research & Sourcing: Strong research foundation, including expertise in Boolean searches, passive sourcing strategies, and leveraging non-traditional talent channels.
  • Talent Evaluation: Demonstrated capacity to accurately assess foundational qualifications across a wide spectrum of industries and role types.
  • Organizational Prowess: Highly organized, meticulous in data management, and committed to maintaining detailed, clean, and structured records.
  • Dynamic & Proactive Work Style: Resourceful and proactive individual, comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent research is mandatory, with a specific requirement for prior recruiting agency experience.
  • Pipeline Building: Proven success in developing and managing talent pipelines for diverse roles and levels.
  • Hiring Process Knowledge (Preferred): Preference will be given to candidates with experience in structured hiring processes, behavioral assessments, or data-driven talent evaluation.
  • Work Arrangement: Must be able to work night-shift hours and report to our office location in Davao.
