Overview

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time SAP S/4 EWM/WM (Extended/Warehouse Management) Analyst to strengthen our team's proficiency in optimizing warehouse processes through SAP S/4HANA. This role is crucial in configuring, implementing, and enhancing SAP S/4HANA WM and EWM modules to streamline warehouse operations and inventory management.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Configuration and Customization

  2. Expertly configure and customize SAP S/4HANA EWM and WM modules to align with specific warehouse management requirements.

  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand intricate warehouse management needs and translate them into efficient SAP solutions.

  4. Support and Integration

  5. Lead ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA EWM and WM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

  6. Optimize integration points to enhance the flow of information across the warehouse management ecosystem.

  7. Rollout Planning and Execution

  8. Develop and execute a comprehensive rollout plan for SAP S/4HANA EWM and WM in new plants and warehouses.

  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
  10. Coordinate data migration and testing activities to ensure a smooth go-live.

  11. Implement FIORI transactions and reports for the new Plant.

  12. Advanced Process Design and Optimization

  13. Evaluate and design advanced warehouse processes such as wave management, cross-docking, slotting, and complex logistics scenarios in the SAP S/4HANA EWM environment.

  14. Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline warehouse workflows.

  15. Data Analysis and Reporting

  16. Utilize embedded SAP S/4HANA EWM and WM reporting tools like FIORI to analyze and present meaningful warehouse management data.

  17. Customize insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making in warehouse and inventory management.

  18. Documentation

  19. Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP EWM and WM configurations, customizations, and warehouse management processes.

  20. Create user manuals and training materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption of SAP S/4HANA EWM and WM functionalities.

  21. Training and Support

  22. Conduct training sessions for L1 support and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP S/4HANA EWM and WM features.

  23. Assist in the development of training programs for new and existing employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as an SAP S/4HANA EWM/WM Analyst.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Extend Warehouse Management and WM  modules, including advanced configuration and customization.
  • Strong knowledge in SAP S/4HANA FIORI transactions and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing warehouse management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience with SAP implementation projects and system integrations is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in leading SAP EWM/WM rollout projects is essential.
