About the job:
- Hybrid work set up (3 days onsite, 2 days wfh- tools provided)
- Night shift (8pm onwards)
- Pure voice customer service role.
- Address queries about insurance, claims, benefits, and eligibility.
- Pure inbound calls, including assisting US and Canadian members.
- Start date: Sept 15 and 29, 2025
Qualifications
- At least 2nd year college undergraduate/2 years vocational graduate/Bachelor's degree (no lacking/back subject)
- 1 year and up BPO experience in Healthcare/Health/Life Insurance (Pure voice)
- Can handle 50-60 inbound calls
- Must be knowledgeable about their metrics
- Good/Excellent communication skills
- Has on-hand TOR
- Can start ASAP
