About the job:

  • Hybrid work set up (3 days onsite, 2 days wfh- tools provided)
  • Night shift (8pm onwards)
  • Pure voice customer service role.
  • Address queries about insurance, claims, benefits, and eligibility.
  • Pure inbound calls, including assisting US and Canadian members.
  • Start date: Sept 15 and 29, 2025

Qualifications

  • At least 2nd year college undergraduate/2 years vocational graduate/Bachelor's degree (no lacking/back subject)
  • 1 year and up BPO experience in Healthcare/Health/Life Insurance (Pure voice)
  • Can handle 50-60 inbound calls
  • Must be knowledgeable about their metrics
  • Good/Excellent communication skills
  • Has on-hand TOR
  • Can start ASAP
