Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of international voice experience (any account)
  • College undergraduate or graduate accepted
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 level)
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including holidays
  • Open to assignment at any site (for reprofiling purposes)

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:

  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently via phone
  • Ensure quality service delivery aligned with company standards
  • Resolve customer concerns accurately and in a timely manner
  • Uphold service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets
