Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Pharmacist, located in Quezon City. The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective preparation, dispensing, and use of medications. Daily tasks include reviewing prescriptions, advising healthcare providers on medication use, monitoring patient therapies, and managing pharmaceutical inventory. The role also includes counseling patients on the proper administration of medications and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Dispensing, Medication Management, and Pharmaceutical Inventory Management
  • Proficiency in reviewing Prescriptions and providing Drug Information and Patient Counseling
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and contribute to interdisciplinary patient care
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Licensed Pharmacist with relevant credentials and certifications
  • Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards
