The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting Aeromark's full range of scent-marketing solutions. This role focuses on building relationships with businesses, understanding their branding and environmental scent needs, and providing customized scent-diffuser solutions to support client experience, brand identity, and customer engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, hospitality, corporate offices, gyms, spas, clinics, malls, and other potential partners.
  • Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations of Aeromark scent machines and fragrance solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting, networking, and follow-up.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Account Management

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Coordinate with the technical team regarding installation schedules, refills, repairs, and service quality.
  • Conduct periodic client check-ins to ensure machine effectiveness and recommend upgrades or additional products.
  • Provide after-sales support, including addressing concerns, adjusting scent intensity, or recommending new fragrances.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate client records, call logs, prospect lists, and sales reports using CRM tools or internal tracking systems.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and recommend sales strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or client relations—preferably in fragrance, HVAC, appliances, retail solutions, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to confidently speak with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to visit client sites regularly for pitches, demos, and account maintenance.
  • Familiarity with scent-diffuser machines, light technical understanding, or willingness to learn product mechanics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report management.
