QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree; Business Administration, Operations Management, Transportation Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course
  • With at least one (1) year experience in Food Manufacturing, FMCG plant, Warehouse or Cold Storages.
  • With good written and verbal communication and Microsoft proficient
  • Keen attention to details
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Sto. Nino Tacloban

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • ORDER FILL RATE AND DELIVERY PERFORMANCE
  • Ensure that no lost opportunities in order fulfillment.
  • Ensure that no penalties due to unserved orders
  • Ensures timeliness to avoid late delivery charges and overtime fees OTIF (one-time in full).

MATERIAL COST AND REJECT/SPOILAGE

  • Ensure to meet all target yields of all materials and supplies.
  • Ensure minimal rejects/spoilages and recovery of rejected materials.

MANPOWER COST AND OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFICIENCY

  • Ensure cost saving through minimal overtime pays.
  • Showcase effective manpower optimization which demonstrates efficient allocation.
  • Ensure maximize utilization of equipment by ensuring zero to minimal machine breakdown.

QUALITY AND AUDIT

  • Achieve zero critical complaints.
  • Achieve zero to minimal major and minor complaints.
  • Achieve no penalties due to repetitive violations.
  • Acquire passing score on audit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
