Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust logistics strategies to meet changing business needs and drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics function, including transportation planning, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution
  • Analyze data and generate insightful reports to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and other teams to align logistics with broader business objectives
  • Manage and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing mentorship and leadership to drive high performance
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety standards
  • Constantly explore and implement innovative logistics solutions to enhance efficiency and agility

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in a senior logistics management role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry
  • Extensive knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decision-making
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
