About the role

J.E.S. AIRCON & REFRIGERATION SERVICES is looking for a field-based Sales Coordinator to support our aircon and refrigeration services operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, meeting clients, assisting in inspections, and helping close deals directly in the field.

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in representing the company during client site visits, coordinating with the technical team, and ensuring smooth project handovers — all while maintaining strong client relations

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits to assist with inspections, customer consultations, and sales coordination
  • Assist the sales team in presenting service packages and quotations on-site
  • Coordinate between clients and technicians to ensure clear understanding of job requirements
  • Follow up with clients after site visits to support closing deals
  • Provide real-time updates on customer needs, project scope, and client feedback
  • Identify and report opportunities for upselling or additional services during site visits
  • Represent the company in a professional and customer-friendly manner at all times
  • Deliver documents or coordinate pick-up of contracts, down payments, and other field-related tasks when needed
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Field experience in sales support or coordination (especially in the aircon or HVAC industry) is a great advantage
  • With a pleasing personality and professional appearance
  • Willing to travel daily for fieldwork and client site visits
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of aircon systems is a plus but not required
  • Can work independently and follow instructions reliably
  • Own motorcycle or means of transportation is an advantage
  • High school graduates with experience are welcome to apply; college-level or graduates preferred
