Sales Coordinator manages sales operations and supports the sales team. They help ensure that sales representatives are performing well and that customers are satisfied.

Responsibilities:

  • Set goals: Establish sales targets and quotas for the sales team
  • Create strategies: Develop sales strategies to attract new customers
  • Hire and train: Recruit and train sales staff
  • Coordinate schedules: Organize meetings and sales activities
  • Follow up: Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
  • Prepare reports: Create and distribute sales reports and analysis
  • Maintain databases: Update customer databases and the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Manage budgets: Oversee departmental budgets
  • Respond to concerns: Address client concerns and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Write proposals: Draft proposals and contracts
  • Communicate: Communicate with clients, sales representatives, and other team members

Skills:

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales applications
  • Knowledge of current market regulations and trends

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred
  • With experienced is Sales or customer service is required.
  • CAN START ASAP
