Position Overview

We are hiring a full time SEO Specialist focused exclusively on off page SEO, digital PR, and authority building. This role drives backlink acquisition, digital PR placements, and high scale outreach across the web for both Muvr and the personal brand of our founder

Key Responsibilities

Backlink Strategy and Acquisition

  • Plan and execute daily backlink acquisition campaigns.
  • Secure links from high authority domains with DA 40 or higher preferred.
  • Target niche relevant blogs, publications, directories, forums, and communities.
  • Manage anchor text strategy, link velocity, and backlink diversity.

Digital PR and Outreach

  • Pitch journalists, editors, bloggers, and publishers for mentions and backlink placements.
  • Develop and submit story ideas, insights, and expert commentary.
  • Respond to HARO and similar platforms with high quality submissions.
  • Identify and pursue founder specific PR features and reputation growth opportunities.

Guest Posting and Content Syndication

  • Coordinate guest post contributions across relevant websites.
  • Repurpose Muvr content into off site articles for link placement.
  • Manage syndication across partner networks and external platforms.

High Volume Outreach with Automation

  • Use tools such as SearchAtlas, Respona, Prowly, Instantly, and Buzzstream.
  • Build outreach sequences, manage warm lists, and segment prospects.
  • Track open rates, reply rates, and placement success.
  • Maintain organized databases of contacts, campaigns, and outreach history.

Monitoring, Tracking, and Reporting

  • Track backlinks using spreadsheets or Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Analyze authority, link quality, traffic impact, and growth trends.
  • Submit daily output reports and weekly KPI updates.

SEO Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing, SEO, and Content teams to coordinate linkable assets, press opportunities, guest posting pipelines, and authority campaigns.
  • Support technical SEO with audits or off page collaboration requirements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Two to five or more years of experience in off page SEO, link building, digital PR, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of backlink strategy, authority metrics, and white hat practices.
  • Experience with HARO, guest posting, and PR based link acquisition.
  • Proficient with outreach and SEO automation tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills for pitches and relationship building.
  • Ability to deliver consistent daily output with strong organizational discipline.
  • Highly analytical and data driven with clear reporting habits.
