THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a leading provider of premium interactive electronic devices in Australia, with nearly 50 years of operations, and a collaborative, engaging team culture where inclusivity, support, and a solutions-oriented mindset contribute to delivering outstanding results. Their impressive customer portfolio includes top Australian universities, global luxury brands, leading supermarket chains, and many others more. To meet growing operational needs, they are hiring an After-Sales Support Coordinator to handle customer service after the point of sale, as well as manage inventory for replacement products and spare parts.

This is a full-time day-shift role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, aligned with Australian business hours (6:00 AM–3:00 PM Manila time, Monday to Friday), with a hybrid setup available after the probation period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and log customer requests for spare parts, product replacements, or technician support
  • Coordinate technician dispatches to customer sites for repairs or service visits
  • Arrange and track the shipment of spare parts and replacement products to customers
  • Manage the return, repair, or disposal process for faulty products
  • Keep logistics and service records updated in HubSpot for accurate tracking
  • Monitor and ensure spare parts availability by working closely with warehouse and inventory teams
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with customers regarding service updates and timelines
  • Collaborate with internal technicians and external service providers to ensure timely resolution
  • Follow up on open service requests to ensure closure within agreed timeframes

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Product Service Coordinator or Service Fulfillment Coordinator or After-Sales Support Specialist or Spare Parts Sales Support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to set clear expectations and handle challenging customers
  • Experience working with physical products or hardware is preferred
  • Tertiary education in a relevant field
