Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Leader to oversee Service Engineering operations in the Philippines. This role involves leading the technical support team, optimizing service performance, and ensuring the highest standards in product maintenance and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with R&D, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to implement service strategies that strengthen Karofi's market position and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

Service Operations Management:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise customer service activities to meet business targets.
  • Ensure efficient operations and handle customer issues promptly and professionally.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Train, coach, and mentor technicians on installation, repair, and maintenance procedures.
  • Build a high-performing technical team aligned with company standards.

KPI & Performance Monitoring:

  • Set and track goals related to response time, customer satisfaction, and complaint resolution.
  • Analyze performance data and implement improvement initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with key clients and collect insights to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Recommend and implement initiatives that elevate customer experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends and leverage technology for service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a technical discipline (Engineering, Electrical, or related field).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience in Home Appliances or Electrical–Electronics industry is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
