Territory Sales Manager

Requirements:
- A graduate of any business-related course.
- Must have at least Seven (7) years working experience, with a track record of securing sales achievement and targets.
- Additional of atleast 3 years' experience in leading a team of sales personnel.
- Solid Background in Sales and Marketing, preferably construction materials and services.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possessed leadership and management capacity or experienced in leadership role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet the team sales target via assessing and resolving individual members' customer universe, customer engagement level, competitive landscape, etc.
- Set quantitative sales goals, compare performance against goals, and adjust goals as needed.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
- Develop individual targets and assign territories to team members.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecast.
- On top of Client visits, team field works, etc.
- Cultivating a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest necessary corrective actions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php65, Php70,000.00 per month
