Territory Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • A graduate of any business-related course.
  • Must have at least Seven (7) years working experience, with a track record of securing sales achievement and targets.
  • Additional of atleast 3 years' experience in leading a team of sales personnel.
  • Solid Background in Sales and Marketing, preferably construction materials and services.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possessed leadership and management capacity or experienced in leadership role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet the team sales target via assessing and resolving individual members' customer universe, customer engagement level, competitive landscape, etc.
  • Set quantitative sales goals, compare performance against goals, and adjust goals as needed.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • Develop individual targets and assign territories to team members.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecast.
  • On top of Client visits, team field works, etc.
  • Cultivating a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest necessary corrective actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php65, Php70,000.00 per month
