What You'll Do

  • Conduct field audits and identify operational risks
  • Investigate incidents of fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Train field staff on risk awareness and prevention
  • Report findings and provide insights that influence key decisions

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in risk, audit, or compliance (fintech background is a strong advantage)
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, confident, and adaptable in field-based environments
