Job Description

  • Responsible for day-to-day First Mile operations under his/her area assigned.
  • Responsible for timely pickup based on seller preference with due diligence of achieving best seller experience.
  • Responsible for daily lead time and productivity of handled area.
  • Responsible of key processes, generating measurable reports and driving performance to excellence
  • Responsible of equal route distribution towards target truck productivity set by Management.
  • Record and validate operational trackers and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Responsible and resolves escalations.
  • Support cost efficient and effective projects for overall SPX.
  • Support for Cluster lead time, seller requests and performance.
  • Support weekly and monthly review of handled area.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities assigned by reporting manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math or equivalent
  • At Least 3-5 years' experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Industry.
  • Preferably with logistics or route planning experience.
  • Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple objects.
