Responsibilities:

  • Looks for potential clients and investors.
  • Advises and discusses property developments, services, and opportunities with clients.
  • Conducts company and project presentations to clients.
  • Conducts property tours to clients.
  • Provides clients with information updates and developments.
  • Answers and attends to clients' inquiries.
  • Follows up on clients' queries.
  • Follows up on clients' schedule of payment.
  • Ensures good customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Residential Real Estate
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
