Store Visual Merchandiser effectively plans implemented current store marketing campaigns according to the Marketing Calendar. He/ She will ensure VM standards to maximize sell-through performance in-store and drive sell-through by effectively implementing retail space projects and best practices in a consistent, cost-effective way.

Work closely with VM heads and Store managers on implementing VM guidelines and standards that create a Market culture of excitement and desire to win at the point of sale through VM execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certificate or diploma in Business ( Fashion Industry and Retail management is a plus)
  • 2 years or less of Retail visual Merchandising experience.
  • Ability to stand for a long period of time, bend stretch, engage repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc) for a short distance.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal skills. Can present the store SOB per campaign.
  • Able to work independently while still working within a team environment.
  • Must be able to work with hand and power-operated tools and lift in order to execute display set-up.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and extended hours at times.
  • May be required travel to support opening and set up stores.
