Job Summary

Responsible for doing end-to-end intermediate level of HR functions, covering the areas of Talent Acquisition, Development, and Engagement for the whole organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology or any related field
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years of working experience with significant exposure in Human Resources Management, specifically on talent acquisition, development and engagement
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Willing to report onsite from Monday to Friday
