About the role

We are seeking a (2) experienced Product Manager (Ethical Lines: CNS/Pain) to join our team at KUSUM HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED'. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth for the assigned products. This is a full-time role based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing product roadmaps to meet business objectives and customer needs
  • Conducting market research, analysing customer feedback, and identifying new product opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into successful launches
  • Managing the product lifecycle, including pricing, promotion, and continuous improvement
  • Monitoring product performance and making data-driven decisions to optimise performance
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceuticals industry
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and the ability to execute on complex projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proven track record of delivering successful product launches and driving continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or life sciences
