We're Hiring: Junior/Mid Back-End Developer

(On-Site)

Location: BGC, Taguig

We are looking for an experienced Back-End Developer to join our growing tech team.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and databases.

Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer (minimum [X] years).

Strong proficiency in at least one back-end language/framework (e.g., , Java, Python, PHP, .NET, etc. — adjust depending on your stack).

Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
