We're looking for a hands-on and organized Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse and delivery operations. The role focuses on ensuring goods are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining safety, cost efficiency, and productivity. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse and delivery operations to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
  • Plan truck routes and delivery schedules to minimize cost and maximize productivity.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, warehouse conditions, and equipment maintenance.
  • Handle operational issues, store concerns, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
  • Control logistics costs and ensure all warehouse activities meet quality and efficiency targets.
  • Provide logistics insights and recommendations to support regional planning and store expansion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of route planning, cost control, and safety standards.
