Job Summary
The HR Manager (Generalist) is responsible for overseeing and managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures that HR policies and practices support business objectives and promote a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company rules in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters; handle investigations and resolution professionally and confidentially.
- Oversee performance management processes, including KPI setting, evaluations, and improvement plans.
- Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, leaves, and statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE requirements).
- Lead training and development initiatives, including orientation programs and leadership development.
- Advise management on HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics for management and compliance purposes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and government regulations.
- Promote employee engagement, culture, and retention programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of HR supervisory experience handling generalist functions OR
- At least 2 years of HR managerial experience.
Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems (HRIS).Work Arrangement
Onsite assignment in Mandaluyong City
- Full-time position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
