SALES/ ACCOUNT OFFICER

Job Summary
Responsible for managing existing corporate clients, ensuring contract renewals, upselling of services, and maintaining strong relationships to contribute to the company's sustainable growth. This role requires active engagement with clients, coordination with internal teams, and a commitment to maximizing service utilization and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Account Management & Renewals
- Manage and maintain existing corporate clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Handle contract renewals, securing continued partnerships with CCS industrial accounts of HMC and QHS.
- Ensure all services provided to corporate clients are repeated annually and consistently upsell additional offerings.
2. Sales Growth & Upselling Services
- Promote and upsell all available healthcare services to corporate clients, identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Develop client sales proposals, set meetings, and follow up on pending agreements.
- Identify client needs and align service offerings to create value-based solutions.
3. Customer Engagement & Support
- Address client inquiries and concerns, including medical results, service quality, and availability.
- Ensure regular communication with clients, maintaining long-term relationships and trust.
- Act as the point person for corporate clients, ensuring seamless coordination of service availments.
- Internally endorse new service a availments to relevant departments to ensure smooth execution.
KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in corporate healthcare sales or a related field
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide consultative solutions
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Ambitious, self-motivated and results-driven
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
