Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Marketing

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Manage social media accounts, website updates, and online advertising.
  • Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
  • Organize and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Must have laptop or desktop and stable internet connection at home
