Position Overview:

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across Plains & Prints and R.A.F. boutiques. This role provides strategic leadership and hands-on support to store managers and sales teams, ensuring each location meets its sales targets, adheres to brand standards, and consistently delivers outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Performance Management Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals across all assigned boutiques
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, conversion rates, and average transaction value
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement action plans to maximize store performance
  • Store Operations & Compliance Ensure store operations align with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee inventory control, stock management, and loss prevention efforts
  • Conduct routine store visits and operational audits to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Enforce visual merchandising guidelines to strengthen brand image and improve customer experience
  • Team Leadership & Development Lead the recruitment, training, and development of store managers and frontline teams
  • Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and support to build high-performing teams
  • Facilitate ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Cultivate a culture focused on customer satisfaction and team collaboration
  • Customer Experience & Brand Representation
  • Ensure boutiques consistently offer a premium, brand-aligned shopping experience
  • Address customer issues and implement strategies to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional events to increase foot traffic and brand engagement
  • Reporting & Strategic Planning Prepare sales reports, performance reviews, and business updates for senior leadership
  • Manage store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations—to align business initiatives and optimize results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
