About The Role

Rua Seguridad is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the construction or FMCG industry, and solid experience in digital marketing and sales strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve gross profit and revenue sales targets
  • Monitor and verify accounts receivables (Current AR vs Total AR)
  • Oversee provincial warehouse utilization and manage Sales Specialists nationwide
  • Set revenue targets for each channel and category, developing strategic plans to achieve them
  • Implement strategies to maximize gross profit per channel and category
  • Expand the customer base by integrating new products into existing channels and categories
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to enhance their skills and performance
  • Develop and oversee marketing strategies, including digital marketing, website management, and online platform inbound sales

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, inbound marketing strategies, and online sales platforms
  • Previous success as a sales manager or in a similar role, preferably in the construction materials or FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage a high-performing team
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing sales systems and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
  • Willing to conduct site visits nationwide
  • Open to working in West Avenue, Quezon City
