Job Summary : Ensure that the trucks for deliveries and pick up are weighed in accordance to quality standard. Responsible in scaling/ weighing the trucks, in and out the premises.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in scaling/ weighing trucks.
  • Prepare daily truck scale reports.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are properly implemented.
  • Report to the department concerned any discrepancies encountered during weighing.
  • Coordinate with Guards for any assistance, as needed.
  • Report immediately to immediate superior for any incidences incurred in truckscale area.
  • Monitor and check regularly the truckscale equipment such as bumper bolt clearance, weigher indicator, post and traffic lights, printers and other related equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and observe proper sanitation in the workplace (5 S)
  • Observe good housekeeping (5 S)
  • Train new workers and trainees.
  • Report on scheduled shifting duty (Day shift or Night Shift).
  • Can communicate and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Able to monitor Raw Materials (RM) and Truck line-up accordingly.
  • Able to monitor time of unloading including stay of trucks inside the feed mill.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualification

  • Graduate of Any 4-Year Business Course
  • With or Without experience (with experience in warehousing & Inventory Management is advantage)
  • Willing to be train
  • Willing to be assigned at Bamban, Tarlac
