Job description

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our restaurant kitchen team during the peak/seasonal period. Kitchen Staff will play a key role in supporting daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cleaning, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen environment to support timely food service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing ingredients and basic cooking tasks as directed by chefs or cooks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and storage.
• Wash and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure ingredients and food supplies are properly labeled, stored, and organized.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by assisting with plating and food running, if needed.
• Receive and store food deliveries, ensuring items meet restaurant quality standards.
• Follow all restaurant hygiene, health, and food safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor, Head Chef, or Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff.

Job summary

Assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and support the kitchen team in delivering efficient and high-quality service in a restaurant setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
