About the Role

Koibito's World of Gelato is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our gelato shops in Binan, Laguna located in Southwoods Mall. This a new branch that will open in February. Our shops operate in a restaurant / café setting, and this role is responsible for the overall daily operations, team leadership, guest experience, and achieving monthly sales targets.

The Branch Manager is the owner of their store's success. You'll lead the team, manage costs, drive sales, and ensure every guest enjoys a warm, welcoming experience paired with high-quality products.

This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be on the floor, supporting the team, engaging with guests, and setting the standard for service and operations.


What You'll Be Doing
Operations & Guest Experience
  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and product quality
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
Team Leadership & Staffing
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise branch staff
  • Lead by example and create a positive, motivated team culture
  • Conduct performance coaching and address attendance or conduct issues
  • Ensure adequate staffing to meet business needs
Sales & Financial Performance
  • Drive monthly branch sales and meet or exceed targets
  • Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and operating expenses
  • Implement sales initiatives, promotions, and upselling strategies
  • Prepare and submit required sales and performance reports
Inventory & Store Management
  • Oversee inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation
  • Minimize waste, shortages, and product loss
  • Ensure proper cash handling, POS accuracy, and daily cash reconciliation
Brand & Standards
  • Uphold Koibito's brand values and store standards at all times
  • Ensure consistent presentation, service, and product execution
  • Support company initiatives, launches, and seasonal programs

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Café Manager
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with experience hitting targets and managing KPIs
  • Solid understanding of food service operations and customer service
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Dependable, professional, and able to lead under pressure
