This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team of pastry cooks and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

- Design and create new desserts and pastries that meet the hotel's standards and client expectations.
- Oversee the production of desserts and pastries, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage inventory of pastry supplies and ingredients, ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen.
