Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance tuning.
  • Perform database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Provide technical support for data center operations, application management, and risk management, assisting in database considerations for application optimization.
  • Manage database storage, partitions, and space allocation.
  • Ensure database security by managing users, roles, and permissions.
  • Apply database patches and upgrades to maintain system stability and security.
  • Develop and implement database maintenance plans and monitoring solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, working closely with application and infrastructure teams.
  • Maintain documentation related to database architecture, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 years of exprience in both Oracle and MS SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
