The Invoice Upload Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices. This role is also responsible for collecting provider data, translating carrier invoice information, and troubleshooting upload errors to maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize provider data, including invoices and reports.

• Enter data accurately into Excel using PivotTables and VLOOKUP.

• Translate international carrier invoice information as needed.

• Upload invoice data into internal systems for processing.

• Troubleshoot upload errors and resolve data quality issues.

• Track task status to ensure timely and accurate completion.

• Communicate with stakeholders and maintain related documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong written and verbal communication for effective collaboration.

• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

• Analytical mindset to identify trends and discrepancies.

• Collaborative team player focused on shared goals.

• Adaptable and client-focused to maintain positive relationships.

Screening Criteria

• Highschool diploma or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

• At least one (1) to two (2) years of data entry experience.

• Experience in the Telecommunications (Telco) industry is a plus.

• Must have a stable employment history.
