About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile
Sales & Admin
professional to support our sales operations and administrative functions. You will be the bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments—handling proposals, presentations, client communications, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role also ensures that government and regulatory requirements are adhered to, helping the company stay compliant while carrying out sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Maintain the sales database, track client interactions, and monitor sales progress.
  • Be
    open to travel
    for client presentations or site visits (
    expenses reimbursed
    ).
  • Support sales reporting and analysis to help track team performance.

Administrative & Compliance Support:

  • Handle general office administration, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare internal reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist in organizing team schedules, events, and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Ensure
    government compliance and regulatory requirements
    are met in all sales and administrative activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and clients to ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

  • Must reside in
    Quezon City
    .
  • Willing to
    work onsite
    full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Open to occasional travel for client-facing activities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and support a dynamic team.
