Schedule: Monday - Friday (9PM - 6AM/10PM - 7AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, mathematics or a quantitative science
  • CFA preferred
  • 2 years' experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of financial markets and investments
  • Proficient in Excel (including macros and pivot tables) and Powerpoint
  • Strong math skills
  • Strong computing skills: ability to navigate numerous data providers such as Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, Pitchbook, Burgiss, others
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently

  • CFA

What  will you do?

  1. Manage information within our manager database
  2. Provide support for our due diligence process in the form of manager analysis and benchmarking

  3. Developing materials and presentations for internal and external use

  4. Manager data & information management

  5. Dasseti software oversight (set up new managers and products, add manager updates, add notes, etc.)

  6. Data room management for potential new managers

  7. Assist with due diligence requirements

  8. Track record and portfolio company analysis and performance benchmarking

  9. Assist with material preparation including due diligence memo
  10. Provide market analysis
  11. Assist with manager and reference calls

  12. Assist with reporting

  13. Manage internal reporting covering market information and manager updates (i.e. quarterly asset class reviews, quarterly monitoring report for public securities, weekly private investment pipeline reports, attribution reports etc.)

  14. Assist with external reporting covering market information and manager updates (i.e. public manager tear sheets, quarterly reporting for private managers, etc.)
  15. Assist with ad hoc data requests
  16. Work effectively with other teams throughout the organization
  17. Other duties as assigned
