Who are we looking for:

As a Gap Analyst ( Supply Chain), you will evaluate inventory and supply performance accross. Distribution Centers (DCs) and stores. You will also identify supply discrepancies, analyze rootcauses, and propose strategies to prevent out-of-stock situations. This role supports inventory optimization and continuous improvement in supply efficiency.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Evaluate current supply and inventory levels in DCs and stores.

● Identify and analyze supply discrepancies and stock gaps.

● Propose and implement strategies to reduce out-of-stock cases.

● Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Store Operations teams.

● Develop dashboards and reports to monitor supply gaps and fill rates.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (REQUIRED)

● FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY; experience in supply chain or inventory

analysis is an advantage.

● Preferably with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (an advantage but not

required)

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

● Good communication and coordination skills.
