Job Purpose

The LRT/MRT Staff is responsible for providing frontline support in station operations, ensuring smooth processing of applications, fare card issuance, and passenger assistance. The role also ensures adherence to station protocols, data privacy, and service standards while maintaining accurate records and reports.


Key Responsibilities

  • Passenger & Application Processing

  • Assist commuters with fare card applications (Senior, Student, PWD).

  • Print and issue fare cards in compliance with eligibility and station protocols.
  • Provide guidance to passengers regarding station facilities, ticketing, and policies.

  • Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain a daily log of processed applications, cards issued, and operational issues encountered.

  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly summary reports to Line Supervisors.

  • Station Support

  • Ensure proper handling and usage of card printers, ID card consumables, and IT equipment.

  • Support smooth station operations and escalate concerns to supervisors as needed.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and supervisors to maintain safe and orderly passenger flow.

  • Compliance & Conduct

  • Adhere strictly to station protocols, data privacy policies, and safety procedures.

  • Uphold professional conduct and customer service standards at all time
Qualifications
  • At least a High School Graduate; College Level or Graduate preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, administrative work, or transport operations is an advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
