We are looking for talented REAL ESTATE Photo Editors to join our growing team on a long-term basis. These team members will play a major role in defining and maintaining our visual style standards and ensuring all features are fully optimized for our clientele.
Job profile
Our Photo Editors are responsible for editing, touching-up/altering, and quality checking of all photo jobs we receive from day to day. They make sure all deadlines are met and adhere to the next day turnaround time following the standards of our Company.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure all assignments are edited by standards on time to meet deadlines
- Work with the editor and other team members
- Manipulate photos to achieve the highest quality using the appropriate tools
- Plan, organize and manage production
- Stay up to date with the new best practices and editing technologies through the help or our Quality Control Managers
Requirements and qualifications
- Proven experience as a REAL ESTATE Photo Editor using an up to date digital technology (e.g. Lightroom & Photoshop) for at least 2 years
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication
- A creative mind with an eye for detail
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be flexible in shift rotations following MST (Day, Midday, Night)
- Fast Internet: Ability to share/upload large files
- Must have an existing Computer set up or Laptop
MUST HAVE Real Estate Photo Editing Knowledge
Basic Editing
White Balance, Color Correction & Removal of color casts
Lens Correction
Vertical and Horizontal Straightening
Cropping and Resizing
TV screen and fire graphic replacement
Photo Enhancements
Sky color enhancement & replacement - Exteriors and Interiors
Windows retouching/masking
Lawn Enhancement/Replacement
Advanced
Manual Blending
Flambient Blending
Advanced Object Removals
Wide range of technique for removals and revision request
