GFI Data Analytics Business Senior Expert 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build data analytical & automation solutions for the business that tell compelling stories about how customers or clients work with the business (front-end support)

• Build algorithms and design experiments to merge, manage, and extract data to supply tailored reports to colleagues, customers, or the wider organisation (back-end support)

• Align and clarify process requirements with global data experts / explorers of the respective demands to identify issues and use data to propose solutions for effective decision making

• Develop analytical solutions for GFI by providing deep R2R process-related and business conceptual expertise.

• Support data scientists with business insights and expertise on R2R concepts and processes.

• Present the analytical solutions to different kind of stakeholders and explain the added value of the solution for the GFI organization.

• Provide support to the GFI departments in the analysis and interpretation of the results shown in the reports, from the functional view perspective.

• Actively seek with data experts and data explorers' new analytical opportunities to improve efficiency and provide business insights for decision making.

• Responsible to maintain process knowledge pipeline in the team

• Documentation of relevant data analytical activities, data sources and key principles for effective and efficient usage of analytical tools.

• Organization and participation in trainings within the different network of explorers/experts.

• Become an enabler for future projects related to data management and analytics e.g. Snowflake migration, SAP Hana Implementation etc.

• Provide innovative solutions related to data analytics to promote demand reduction and process efficiency

• Lead Business Data Experts with project management related activities

• Lead local data experts in the organization by providing consultation, validation, technical and coaching support for ad hoc and

WHO YOU ARE

-    Demonstrated expertise and understanding of Microsoft Platform developments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
-    Proficient in Visual Basic for Applications, with additional valuable knowledge in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath and Winshuttle.

Knowledge / experiences:
- Deep and very good knowledge of SAP data structures, R2R processes and bridge to business requirements
- Very good analytical skills to interpret reports, identify the added value of the reports generated and guide users through next steps
- Excellent English skills encompassing special terminologies in Finance & Accounting and IT.
- Excellent project management skills to support demands and requests with GPOs/data explorers
- Advanced analytical and statistical skills (chart analysis, data management, data cleansing)
- Goal Seeker and output-driven
- Advanced knowledge and previous experience on Tableau Desktop/Online, Tableau server
- Knowledge and previous experience on SQL and other analytical tools would be a plus.
- Very good sense for assessing organizational impacts driven by process and technical changes

Communication:
- Having a very good executive presence with eye-level communication skills with the ability to speak effectively with upper management levels – translate technical and process driven discussions into organizational, resource and financial impact
- Excellent stakeholder management skills: conflict management skills / convincing skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, working with virtual and global teams
- Able to think from the "customer" perspective to build reports which supports business needs
- Capability of target orientated working with users from different organizations.
