Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee and guide the housekeeping staff in maintaining the cleanliness, order, and sanitation of all assigned areas within Reedley International School. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that the housekeeping team consistently meets the school's standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team in daily cleaning operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Prepare cleaning schedules and ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with school administration for special cleaning requirements and events.
• Handle escalated concerns and ensure prompt resolution of housekeeping issues.
• Prepare simple reports and updates regarding staff attendance and housekeeping activities.

Work Schedule:

• 6 days a week duty
• work during holidays

Qualifications:

• At least College Level; vocational training is an advantage
• With 2–3 years experience in housekeeping/janitorial services, at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to supervise housekeeping tasks
• Residing near Pasig City is preferred

Salary:

• Competitive, based on NCR standards (at least above minimum wage depending on experience)

• With 2–3 years experience in housekeeping/janitorial services, at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to supervise housekeeping tasks
• Residing near Tanza, Naic, and General Trias is preferred
