About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated QA/QC Assistant to join our team at Zhejiang Zhongnan Green Construction Technology Group (Philippines) Corp. in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work on challenging construction projects and play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our work.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist the QA/QC Manager in developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures
  2. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
  3. Perform material testing and documentation in accordance with industry standards
  4. Identify and report any non-conformities or potential issues to the QA/QC Manager
  5. Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality assurance practices
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control activities
  7. Collaborate with the construction team to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Civil Engineering
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry
  3. Strong understanding of construction materials, testing methods and quality control processes
  4. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and contracts
  5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
