Broad Function

To support the Recruitment Supervisor in implementing recruitment activities by executing the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates in order to meet the manpower requirements of the organization within set timelines and standards.

Principal Responsibilities:

  1. Execute end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting initial interviews, and endorsing candidates to the Recruitment Supervisor.

  2. Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment pipeline for future hiring needs.

  3. Post job advertisements and maintain visibility across job boards, social media, and recruitment channels.

  4. Conduct pre-screening calls, initial interviews, and testing.

  5. Assist in conducting background checks, reference verifications, and pre-employment requirements processing.

  6. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and Recruitment Supervisor.

  7. Ensure accurate filing of 201 employee records and recruitment-related documentation.

  8. Assist in organizing career fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring activities.

  9. Provide regular updates to the Recruitment Supervisor regarding recruitment status, hiring progress, and candidate pipelines.

  10. Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and submit to the Recruitment Supervisor.

  11. Perform other related HR functions or tasks as may be assigned by the Recruitment Supervisor.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Number of positions filled within set timelines (Time-to-Hire)

· Quality of Hire (based on probationary evaluation feedback)

· Compliance and accuracy of recruitment reports and documentation

· Feedback from Recruitment Supervisor and hiring managers

Education Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources.

· With knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes

· Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

· Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Experience

· At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
