About the Role
As we continue to grow and evolve to meet client needs, we offer a range of process consulting services and automation solutions. We are looking for a young, experienced, and passionate sales professional to join our team and help (i) expand our client base and (ii) manage and nurture existing accounts.
The role involves lead generation, account nurturing, identifying opportunities, setting appointments, conducting client presentations, following up on deals, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build a database of qualified new leads through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, articles, email, and more
- Seek out and develop new business opportunities and accounts
- Schedule meetings with business influencers and decision-makers to present our products and services
- Prepare proposals aligned with client needs and track deals through closure
- Initiate and strengthen client relationships, manage daily requests, and anticipate client needs
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer, meeting, and pipeline information in the CRM system
- Assist and support in executing company marketing initiatives
- Identify improvement areas in processes, products, and services to enhance value
- Conduct research and stay informed about products, target accounts, and industry trends
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payment collection
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales and account management experience
- Proficient in managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and sales process management
- Strong ability to understand and articulate product/service value propositions
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools
- Excellent communication skills for both remote and face-to-face stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work under pressure and independently while maintaining strong team dynamics
- Flexible, goal-oriented, and resourceful
- Adaptable to changing work situations and environments
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php 30,000.00 – Php 50,000.00 per month
