Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Filipino-Chinese Promotion Manager to lead and manage our promotional operations in Cebu and Metro Manila. This role is managerial in nature and demands exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive measurable growth for our gaming platform. The ideal candidate must have deep roots in the Filipino-Chinese business community and a strong network within Cebu and/or Metro Manila.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute targeted promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and strengthen user engagement.

Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of Promotion Staff across multiple locations; set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.

Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale promotions, events, and brand activations across Cebu and Metro Manila.

Market Development: Build and nurture strong relationships within the Filipino-Chinese business community and identify partnership opportunities for platform growth.

Financial Oversight: Manage promotional budgets, negotiate with vendors and partners, and ensure cost-efficient implementation of all campaigns.

Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, analyze results of promotional activities, and present performance reports with insights and improvement plans.

Brand Compliance: Ensure all promotions align with company branding, communication guidelines, and legal compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Filipino-Chinese, with strong ties to the Cebu and/or Metro Manila business community.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (Master's degree is an advantage).

At least 5 years of proven managerial experience in promotions, marketing, or event management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and manage high-performing teams.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

Strategic thinker who is results-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Must be based in Cebu or Metro Manila, or willing to relocate.
