Job Overview

Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to be assigned in a hotel environment. The role involves ensuring that air conditioning systems in guest rooms, common areas, and function halls are properly maintained and operating efficiently. A professional appearance and pleasing personality are important, as the technician may occasionally interact with hotel staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units within hotel facilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure peak performance of HVAC systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in split-type, centralized, and other hotel cooling systems
  • Respond promptly to service calls and guest-related AC concerns when required
  • Safely handle refrigerants and cleaning materials in compliance with hotel and safety standards
  • Prepare reports of maintenance activities and coordinate with the engineering team

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or vocational course in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration
  • TESDA NC II in RAC (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) or equivalent HVAC certification is preferred
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience as an Aircon Technician (hotel experience is an advantage)
  • Pleasing personality and professional demeanor
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Physically fit and willing to work on shifting schedules as required in hotel operations
