QA Analyst

Our Manufacturing Plant seeks for a QA Inspector who can test, document, troubleshoot and prepare our products for launch, as well as, the daily production. The successful candidate will have a creative, innovative approach to his or her work and will never shy away from offering frank observations and recommendations. We're looking for a highly organized, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take our products to the next level in terms of safety, security and accuracy. A proven track record of experience is essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Inspect raw materials, packaging materials and performs 3-point test for finished goods to ensure consistency and integrity
• Maintain, test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices
• Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs
• Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards
• Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately
• Ensures each batch of the ice cream production conforms to the highest quality standards of the company.
• Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines
• Perform other job-related responsibilities or tasks that are not stipulated on this document but assigned by your superior or required by the company.
• Following company rules and regulations as specified in the Company Handbook.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Level: Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology

Experience: at least one (1) year of working experience in the related field

Specific Skills: Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail, Ability to translate skills and knowledge to others
