QA Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished P.E.T products.
• Perform quality checks using established testing methods, measurement tools, and laboratory equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for quality improvement.
• Support root-cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with production teams to monitor process changes and ensure quality consistency.
• Participate in internal audits and help prepare quality reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in plastics, packaging, or P.E.T manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, testing methodologies, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality management software/tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
